Prices qoted are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
All pickups from the airport waiting time are free for the first 1 hour, thereafter 20p per minute will apply. There is no additional charge for the flight delays.
All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with the fare quoted.
Cash payments are to be made to the driver
Saloon and estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.
MPVs (Multi Purpose Vehicles) are insured for maximum of 8 Passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.
To avoid incurring cancellation charges cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to your confirmed pick up time.
We monitor flight arrivals for flight delays. If a flight is delayed we then send the driver in to the arrivals hall 20 mins after the plane has landed.

Payment options
Cash to driver (secured with a card) you contact us at the booking office on the number advise in your quotation to secure and confirm your booking with your credit card.
What this means, we take your card details as security, you pay cash to the driver. You may cancel at any time up to 12 hours prior to your pick up time without charge, if you fail to cancel with in 12 hours of pick up or do not show for your pick up we charge your card for the journey. Please be advised your reservation will be confirmed by email when we have secured your booking with your card. If you wish us to contact you for the card details please advise a telephone number and we will call you for your details.
If you wish to advise card details by email, for added security please send your card details (Visa or Mastercard only) in 2 separate emails to reservations@heathrow-transfers.co.uk In the first email please advise name as written on the card and card number, in second email card start date, expiry date and the last 3 digit security number on the signature strip.
Paymeny via PayPal. Our accounts team send a separate PayPal link by email requesting payment for the quoted fare, you then used your preferred card to make payment (you do not require a PayPal account to use this service). Please ensure you make your payment with in 24 hours of your designated pick uptime. Please also ensure you quote your booking request number with your payment in the message section When payment is received we will confirm this in writing to your advised email and confirm your reservation. This our preffered method of payment as the terms and security offered by PayPal protect both you the customer and us the merchant.
Pay with a card by telephone, if you choose this option please be aware there is an additional £2.50 credit card and £1.00 debit card processing fee. Please call our booking office on the numbers advise in your quote or email us with a contact number with which we can call you. We only accept Mastercard, Visa Maestro and Switch on this option
